1 - RajuFixer will not be responsible for any damage or loss suffered by the client as a result of the cancellation of an order for supply or services.

2 - Acceptance of work done is based upon the assumption that all existing installations comply with the law, regulation, and relevant sanitary standards.

3 - The removal of any blockage alone carries no guarantee that such type of problem will not occur unless permanent repairs are made to the affected pipeline work.
​
4 - Any repair or restoration required after the supply of the goods or services must be carried out at the client's cost.
​
5 - Plumbers shall handle any fixtures, fillings material or equipment provided by the client with reasonable care.
​
6 - RajuFixer shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any act of God, fire, natural disaster, govt. Order, strike, or any other circumstances beyond RajuFixer Control.
​
7- If a client refuses to take delivery of the item ordered, at the client's doorstep, the client has to bear the 10% cost of the item ordered.
​
8 - RajuFixer reserves the right to review and make changes to the terms and conditions from time to time.
​
9 - Client shall mean the client, any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of the client, orany other person purchasing products and services from RajuFixe. Where the client is a corporator or partnership, its directors or partners agree to the bond by this contract jointly and severally.

10 . We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data which includes :
Contact data : Billing address , email address and telephone number
Financial data : Includes bank account and payment card details.
Transaction data : Data includes detail about payment to and from you and other
Details of products and services you have purchased from us

11 - Once the work order has been accepted by RajuFixer, the client cancels it without the express consent of the RajuFixe, where RajuFixer has already ordered goods from the third party. Cancellation will only be possible if RajuFixer can return the goods to the third party at no loss to RajuFixer.

12- We being free plumbing providers so plumbers are not employees of RajuFixer. So clients can choose or change the plumber so that their work is being done.
​
13. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in any unauthorised way, altered and disclosed.

14.Errors and omission are subject to correction .
​
15. Prices charged would be those ruling at the data of the order.
​
16. Prices include forthe supply and delivery only of the goods but not for their off-loading and installation.
